An online store is only as good as its delivery service, which is why we are constantly monitoring our chosen couriers to deliver you the best service possible.

Whichever courier we use to deliver your order, we will contact you with tracking details when your order ships.

These are the different delivery options available for a delivery in UK mainland.

We do highly recommend this service if you are not in a rush for your parcel or you don’t mind which day the goods turn up. Should you require your goods to be delivered quicker than 3 working days, please use the Express Delivery service.

Our Couriers

Hermes: Hermes is the UK's largest home delivery courier network handling more than 140 million collections and deliveries per annum. Within the UK, Hermes operates a network of over 7,500 lifestyle couriers that provides flexible, high-quality doorstep delivery, combined with a friendly and local approach.

We use Hermes mainly for Standard Deliveries. Signatures are required however if the driver deems it safe to leave your parcel in a safe place, they will do so. If they are unable to deliver, they will leave a calling card with their number for you to re-arrange delivery with the driver directly. Three attempts will be made at delivery before the parcel is returned to the depot. The depot will email/call you to make a final attempt to re-arrange delivery on a day suitable for you. If they are unable to get in touch with you, the parcel with be returned to us.

APC:  APC Overnight is the UK's largest delivery network, with more than 115 depots nationwide.

Tracking Your Order

Please note: You can only track your parcel once it has been dispatched. Pallet deliveries may be tracked via the telephone.

Should you require further information than seen on the websites above, then please contact us. We may have to contact Hermes/APC directly regarding your enquiry. Please be aware it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from them.

Delivery FAQs

Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at this time.

Can you deliver to an alternative address to that of my billing address?
Yes. You can enter alternative addresses for billing and delivery.

Can you ship outside of mainland UK?
No. We currently only ship to mainland UK addresses.

I know I will not be home when delivery is made, what should I do?
We always recommend having orders delivered to an address where someone is going to be in to take the delivery, however if this is not possible the courier does try with neighbours or you can leave a signed note to advise where the leave the parcel. If this is a safe place then it is at the driver’s discretion if the item is left.

How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch you will be sent an email with a link to where you can track your order.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?
If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. You will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or rearrange delivery.

Do you deliver to BFPO Addresses?
No. At present, we are unable to send to BFPO addresses.
